We call our Aove AIPORA in recognition of our origin, the excellence and uniqueness of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
We emphasise the importance of the origin of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, because even 2000 years ago, Rome itself recognised the olive oil produced in Baetica and originating in the Upper Guadalquivir as one of the best in the Empire.
